I did a number of sketches for Stacy's tattoo. She really liked the drop at the end, so I incorporated that into every design. The first one was designed to look just slightly like the female anatomy. The second was made to look sort of like claws did it. The third was designed after comic book art, specifically Spawn's cape. The last one was just a straight up rip in the skin. She decided that she liked the realistic approach but wanted to see if I could make it a bit more three dimensional and make it look kind of like muscle tissue behind the rip.

This is the design that Stacy finally went with. I had Becky take a picture of her shoulder and I did some of my graphics art magic and photoshopped the tattoo on her shoulder in the picture. She was happy with it, so now we move onto the next phase, needle in the skin. The last two photos are of the actual tattoo. The first one is just after I finished and the second one is 2 years later.
